9:00 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, Penn State New Kensington
Prospective Penn State New Kensington students can explore opportunities in the field of radiology and biomedical technology at two open house events in the fall that are geared to high school students and adult learners.
The first open house is off-campus and is set for 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Allegheny General is a clinical affiliate of the campus’ Radiological Sciences and Biomedical Engineering technology programs. The on-campus event is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, in the Conference Center.
The joint open houses are geared to high school seniors and juniors and adult learners, as well as parents and spouses. Participants can review information about the programs, meet with faculty and staff, learn about financial aid, and find out what the New Kensington campus has to offer. Faculty and staff will provide information on various aspects of the two health disciplines.
