Alle-Kiski Society invites
local Penn Staters to reconnect with the University

Saturday, Feb. 8
PSNK Lions vs. Penn State Fayette, Athletics Center
Game: Noon
Pizza Social: 2:00 p.m.

The Alle-Kiski Society of the Penn State Alumni Association, in conjunction with a Penn State New Kensington men's basketball home game, is sponsoring a "Pizza Social" on Saturday, Feb. 8, following the conference contest.

Penn State alumni and friends are invited to join fellow Penn Staters to cheer on the New Kensington Lions and to enjoy free pizza during post-game festivities in the lobby of the center. First-year coach Art McGray’s team takes on Penn State Fayette at noon in a Penn State University Athletic Conference match in the campus' Athletics Center. Postgame festivities will continue at an off-campus venue that will be determined.

The New Kensington Lions enter the second half of the season riding a two-game PSUAC winning streak. Sporting a 2-3 conference record, the team is in third place in the West division. Fayette, 3-2, is in second place, a game ahead of New Kensington. McGray’s Lions are led in scoring by senior guard Daryl Harrington, 11.3 points per game, and junior forward Shaquille Hager, 11.1. Freshmen forwards Tim Jones, 6.1 rebounds per game, and Matthew Sutton, 5.7, shoulder the defensive load.
